Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund if payment was already collected.
Payment
We accept payment via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, and wallets) and Cash on Delivery where available. Orders paid online are processed once payment is confirmed; Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed immediately and paid at the time of delivery.
Shipping
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary by location. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
Returns and refunds
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Refunds for online payments are issued to the original payment method.
Account responsibilities
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
